We share data only as needed with:
Service providers – cloud hosting (AWS or equivalent), analytics, email delivery, payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
Integrations you enable – if you connect third‑party tools, we pass the minimum data required for them to work.
Professional advisers – lawyers, accountants, insurers, under confidentiality.
Legal or safety reasons – when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Wake’s, our users, or others.
Business transfers – in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale; you will receive notice and can opt out where required.
All vendors are bound by contracts that require them to safeguard personal data and use it only for our instructions.

We store data in the United States. If you are outside the U.S., your data may be transferred and processed here. Where EU/UK data is involved, we rely on:

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes stated above:
Account data – while you have an active account + 3 years.
Wait‑list records – 18 months or until you unsubscribe.
Financial records – 7 years (tax/legal).
Logs & backups – up to 30 days, unless required for security or investigations.
We will delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

If you are in the EEA/UK (GDPR):
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time.
If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA):
Right to know, right to delete, right to correct, right to opt‑out of “sale” or “sharing” (we do neither), and freedom from discrimination.

We use first‑ and third‑party cookies and similar tools to:

measure email performance.

routine penetration testing.
No method of transmission or storage is 100 % secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
